Generate new business prospects through inbound enquiries, outbound cold calls, emails, and digital platforms.
Identify and qualify prospective customers by understanding their business requirements and application needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.
Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the Field Sales/Business Development team for further discussions and closure.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently following up with prospects.
Conduct regular lead nurturing activities through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Coordinate with the Marketing team for customer engagement activities, product promotions, webinars, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
Coordinate contract discussions and support the sales closure process while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and prospect status in the CRM system.




Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation, sales conversion, and revenue targets.
Collaborate with the Technical, Service, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer support and order execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify current business opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional service.

Required Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
2 to 6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Pre Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Sales experience from manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
