Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to drive customer satisfaction and long-term relationships through expert engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in customer service and relationship building, with the ability to manage interactions and processes efficiently within a CRM framework.

Experience
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a CRM-related role.
Proven track record in managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Experience in designing and implementing customer-focused strategies.
Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain customer databases to ensure data accuracy and usability.
Develop and execute customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to build long-term relationships.

Generate and analyze reports on customer trends, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
Implement customer service procedures that align with company policies and best practices.
