A leading men's grooming brand focused on high quality skincare, beard care and haircare products is seeking a very experienced Content strategist for their Influencer Marketing team

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy: Translate brand briefs into actionable, creative influencer campaigns and content formats aligned with business goals.

Conceptualizing the content: Conceptualizing the content of the video explaining it to the influencer to promote brand messages through video content.

Oversee Video Production and Release: Direct the team to work closely with influencers and creative teams to plan, produce, and release high-quality video content in line with campaign objectives.

Monitor Campaign Performance: Track and analyze video campaign performance, and take action for improvement.

Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and video content strategies.

Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure all influencer video content aligns with the brand's identity and values.





Manage Relationships with Influencers: Maintain positive relationships with influencers and ensure transparent communication and collaboration.

Script Review and Adaptation: Review and adapt scripts to synchronize with influencer stories and emerging trends to visualize compelling stories.

Requirements:

10+ years of solid experience into Influencer marketing Content creation with a focus on campaign execution.

Robust understanding of the influencer marketing content landscape, including platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure campaign success and provide insights for optimization

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing, business management, mass media or any other related field
