Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Understand buyer and market behaviour across segments
Decode behaviour of both end-users and investors across price segments and micro-markets.
Understand buyer motivations, purchase triggers, budget sensitivities, decision drivers and evolving expectations.
Identify emerging trends in amenities, pricing and locality preferences.
Translate regulatory and planning frameworks into market insights
Interpret approvals, planning norms, RERA regulations and authority processes.
Convert complex regulatory and infrastructure developments into transparent implications for buyers.
Own city-level market intelligence
Build a deep understanding of micro-markets, developers, projects, infrastructure and pricing dynamics.
Develop structured frameworks to track projects, supply pipelines and locality evolution.
Lead research and content operations
Build and manage a field research team to conduct project visits,



buyer interviews and developer/broker interactions.
Work closely with content and production team to convert research into buyer-centric insights and eventually videos.
Build and mentor the research team
Hire and mentor researchers and field teams.
Establish structured research documentation and insight frameworks to maintain consistency and depth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
8?15 years of experience in real estate, preferably with developer-side exposure.
Solid understanding of approvals, planning authorities, and project development processes.
Deep familiarity with a city?s micro-markets, developers, buyer needs and supply.
Ability to combine field research, data and buyer insights to produce actionable market intelligence.
Comfortable leading teams and working closely with content, product and strategy teams to own production targets
