Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with solid expertise in managing SAP S/4HANA Support projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience in SAP implementation projects is an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Support engagements.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional, and technical teams.
Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within timelines.
Manage incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
Ensure SLA adherence and service delivery excellence.
Handle project risks, escalations, and issue resolution.
Prepare project status reports and conduct stakeholder meetings.




Coordinate with offshore/onsite teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards.
Support continuous process improvements and operational excellence.

Required Skills
12+ years of overall SAP experience.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
Strong experience in SAP Support Projects.
Experience managing SAP AMS/Production Support engagements.
Positive understanding of SAP project lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in team handling and project governance.
Knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred.

Valuable to Have
SAP S/4HANA Implementation experience.
PMP/Prince2/Scrum certification.
Exposure to Agile project delivery.
