Roles & Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should be proficient in sourcing, coordinating interviews, managing apprentice onboarding, and building relationships with colleges and technical institutions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across departments.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate technical/HR interviews.
Schedule interviews and ensure timely candidate communication.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare hiring reports.
Plan and execute campus recruitment drives at engineering colleges, polytechnic institutes, ITIs, and universities.
Build robust relationships with placement officers and training & placement cells.

NATS Scheme Management
Handle the complete NATS apprenticeship hiring process.
Register and manage apprentice requirements through the NATS portal.




Coordinate with BOAT/BOPT authorities for apprenticeship-related activities.
Ensure compliance with NATS guidelines and documentation.
Coordinate apprentice onboarding, joining formalities, and periodic reviews.
Maintain apprentice records and submit required reports.

Required Skills
Experience in Non-IT Recruitment
Min 1 - 5 Years Experience
Hands-on experience with NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)
Campus Hiring & College Relationship Management
Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
Robust communication and stakeholder management
Interview coordination and candidate engagement
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and recruitment MIS
Positive knowledge of labor laws related to apprenticeships
