Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Pvt. Ltd. (SMFAL) is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Beneficiation Operations to lead beneficiation plant operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure protected, uninterrupted plant performance.

The position is with Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited , a subsidiary of Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited .

While Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited is the parent/group company, all recruitment, employment, payroll, and related HR processes for this role will be managed by Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited .

Key Responsibilities
Lead shift operations to achieve production and quality targets.
Monitor and optimize beneficiation process parameters for maximum efficiency.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Laboratory, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.




Manage manpower planning, contractor deployment, and operational resources.
Ensure compliance with EHS, IMS, and 5S standards while maintaining zero safety incidents.
Analyze operational performance and implement continuous process improvements.

Candidate Profile
Diploma/B.Tech in Metallurgical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
8–12 years of experience in Iron Ore Beneficiation/Steel Plant Operations, with experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
Solid knowledge of beneficiation processes, production planning, safety systems, and team management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
