Digital Marketing Business Development & Sales Specialist ( + Upwork)

At Websterz Technologies , we're looking for an experienced business development qualified who knows how to generate and close digital marketing clients.

This is not a generic bidding or copy-paste outreach role.

We're looking for someone who understands digital marketing services and knows how to turn conversations into long-term clients.

What You'll Do
Generate qualified leads through and Upwork
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Write personalized proposals that win projects
Handle discovery calls and close deals
Follow up with prospects until conversion
Identify partnership opportunities
Research target industries and growth opportunities
Use AI and automation tools to improve outreach efficiency
Work directly with the founder on sales strategy and business growth
What We're Looking For
Experience selling SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, or other digital marketing services
Proven experience generating clients through , Upwork, or outbound sales




Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other sales automation platforms
Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on results
Bonus If You Have
Existing Upwork success with digital marketing projects
Experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, or similar tools
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales pipelines
Experience selling recurring monthly digital marketing retainers
