Key ResponsibilitiesDrive domestic and international B2B sales to achieve revenue targets.
Develop recent business prospects and manage key customer accounts.
Lead and guide the sales team to improve performance.
Build strong relationships with domestic and overseas clients.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch teams for timely execution of orders.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
Requirements8–12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Packaging, Paper, Printing, or Manufacturing industry.
Solid leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience in handling export customers and international business.
Willingness to attend occasional evening/night calls or virtual meetings with overseas clients across different time zones.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
