The Team

We are seeking a Director, Threat Management Center (TMC) to lead the organization's centralized cyber defense operations responsible for detecting, analyzing, responding to, and mitigating cybersecurity threats across the enterprise. The Threat Management Center serves as the operational hub for security monitoring, threat intelligence, threat hunting, detection engineering, incident response, vulnerability intelligence, and cyber crisis coordination.

This role provides strategic and operational leadership for a multidisciplinary team of cybersecurity specialists responsible for maintaining continuous visibility into the organization's threat landscape and ensuring timely detection and response to cyber threats. The Director will drive the maturity and effectiveness of security operations capabilities while building a proactive, intelligence-led defense program aligned with business objectives and enterprise risk management.

The ideal candidate combines robust technical expertise in cybersecurity operations with proven leadership experience managing global teams,



security technologies, and complex incident response activities in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities

Threat Management Center Leadership

Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Threat Management Center, ensuring 24x7 monitoring and response capabilities.
Develop and execute the vision, roadmap, and operating model for enterprise threat management.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across Security Operations, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, Detection Engineering, and Incident Response.
Establish operational metrics, KPIs, and service level objectives to measure the effectiveness of threat detection and response.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall cyber resiliency and operational readiness.
