Job Description – SAP FI-CA Consultant (7+ Years)
Position: SAP FI-CA Consultant
Experience: 7+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; perform fit-gap analysis and solution mapping.
Configure and support SAP FI-CA business processes and drive end-to-end solution delivery.
Collaborate with business users, onsite/offshore teams, and technical teams in a multinational environment.
Prepare functional specifications and drive RICEF development activities.
Support testing lifecycle including requirement validation, test planning, traceability matrix creation, UAT support, and user training.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective problem resolution.
Coordinate and manage integrations with third-party applications.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI-CA with at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects.




Strong configuration and support experience in:
Dunning
Payments (Cash Desk & Returns)
Account Determination & Settlement Rules
Write-Offs / Value Adjustments
Refunds
Security Deposits
Promise to Pay
Interest Processing
Valuable understanding of SAP FI-CO, including GL Accounting, Cost Centers, and Profit Centers.
Robust expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization.
Experience with SAP testing tools such as HPQC, QTP, and TAO.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with distributed onsite/offshore teams.
Self-motivated team player with a robust commitment to achieving project goals.
