We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Admission Counselor to join our team. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a crucial role in recruiting current students and managing all office work related to admissions. Your primary responsibility will be to assist prospective students throughout the admission process, ensuring their smooth transition into our institution.

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive guidance and support to prospective students regarding the admission process, academic programs, and campus life.
Conduct informative presentations and deliver persuasive speeches to promote our institution to potential students and their families.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with high schools, community organizations, and other recruitment sources to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Communicate admission decisions to applicants in a timely and skilled manner, offering guidance and support throughout the enrollment process.
Collaborate with academic departments and faculty members to stay updated on program requirements, curriculum changes,



and other relevant information.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all applicant data, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and institutional policies.
Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events, such as college fairs, open houses, and campus tours.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor institutions, and changes in admission policies to provide accurate and relevant information to prospective students.
Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of our institution.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions counseling or a related role.
Sound knowledge of admission processes, academic programs, and higher education systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively
