Key Responsibilities
Hiring and Onboarding: Find current workers, review resumes, set up interviews, and welcome new staff.
Employee Relations: Listen to worker problems, answer questions, and help fix workplace arguments.
Payroll and Records: Track work hours, update leave sheets, and keep employee files secure.
Rules and Compliance: Make sure company actions follow local labor laws and safety rules.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
