Role Description

This is a full time, in office role for a Travel Consultant based in Hyderabad. The primary responsibility of the Travel Consultant is to handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their travel needs. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their requirements, providing travel-related information, suggesting suitable packages, and converting inquiries into bookings.

The Travel Consultant will also manage travel arrangements, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth customer experience from initial contact to post-booking support. Additionally, the role includes resolving customer queries, coordinating with travel partners,



and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Qualifications
Handle inbound calls from customers regarding travel inquiries, bookings, and support
Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, promote travel packages, and convert sales
Provide accurate information on destinations, pricing, and travel options
Assist customers in planning and booking their travel itineraries
Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
Maintain records of customer interactions and bookings

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
