About the Opportunity
A rapid-scaling D2C brand builder in the India-based Skincare, Beauty & Wellness sector, we craft data-led, emotionally resonant brand experiences that convert first-time buyers into loyal advocates. Working with category-disrupting brands, we blend consumer psychology, performance marketing, and omnichannel storytelling to fuel explosive growth—backed by agile execution and real-time analytics.

Role & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end D2C brand strategy—from positioning and messaging to GTM roadmap—tailored for India’s beauty & wellness consumers.
Translate market trends, consumer insights, and competitor gaps into winning brand narratives and hero product storylines.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and performance teams to align brand messaging with conversion funnels and retention loops.
Develop and optimize omnichannel brand touchpoints (website, social, email, SMS, influencer collabs) to boost LTV and reduce CAC.
Analyze campaign data and customer feedback to refine brand voice,



aesthetic, and emotional hooks—measured by engagement, repeat rate, and NPS.
Build brand playbooks and asset libraries to scale creative consistency while enabling local-market flexibility.
