Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Slip House Incharge to manage and optimize the Slip House operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of raw material processing, slip preparation, and spray drying, with a solid focus on quality control, operational efficiency, and minimizing rejections

Key Responsibilities:
Raw Material Management:
• Coordinate and follow up on the timely receipt and inspection of incoming raw materials.
• Ensure material quality meets defined specifications before processing.
Ball Mill Operations:
• Plan and manage ball mill batching schedules.
• Maintain optimal grinding processes and parameters.
• Minimize grinding hours through process improvements.
• Monitor and maintain grinding media levels in each mill.
Slip Quality Control:
• Check and confirm ball mill parameters before unloading the slip.




• Ensure final slip tank parameters are maintained as per spraying requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality and Spray Drier teams for consistent slip quality.
Spray Drier Monitoring:
• Maintain spray drier powder parameters including moisture content and granulometry.
• Conduct regular checks and calibrations to ensure consistency.
Rejection Control:
• Monitor and minimize rejections related to ball mills, spray driers, and belt conveyor powder.
• Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations.
Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain daily production and quality logs.
• Report operational issues, process deviations, and downtime to the Production Head.
