Position: Regional Sales Head

Qualification:Graduation
Experience: Min 15 -18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with min 5 years in similar leadership Role
Salary : As Per Industry Standard
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall guidance and leadership to the regional sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales strategy and achievement of performance targets.
Develop and drive a strategic business plan to grow market share and business volumes through targeted demand-generation initiatives.
Own the P&L; for the sales division in the region, ensuring profitable performance and disciplined cost management.
Manage all sales-related interactions with MSIL
Lead brand-building and other development initiatives that shape the future vision and positioning of the region.
Analyze regional sales data
Lead the regional sales function end-to-end — strategy, P&L;, stakeholder management, team leadership and continuous improvement — to deliver sustained growth and superior customer experience.
