We are looking for a results-driven Digital Media Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, hands-on experience in performance marketing, and the ability to use AI tools to improve campaign performance and marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and other marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign effectiveness.
Manage CRM and marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to execute campaigns successfully.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
B.Tech / M.Tech qualification.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
Robust knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar platforms.
Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (English fluency is mandatory).
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Location: Kalamassery, Kochi (Hybrid)
