We are looking for energetic and target-driven Relationship Officers / Senior Relationship Officers to drive Business Loan sales through field activities and open market sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire recent customers through field sales and open market sourcing.
Generate and close Business Loan opportunities.
Achieve disbursement and sales targets.
Conduct field visits and build strong customer relationships.
Ensure timely collections and maintain portfolio quality.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Field Sales.
Mandatory experience in Business Loans/Lending Products.
Experience in Open Market Sourcing.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Valid Driving License and personal two-wheeler are mandatory.
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate.

Mandatory Documents: Resume, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Educational Certificates, Current Offer Letter, Last 3 Salary Slips, and Relieving Letter (or Resignation Acceptance for currently employed candidates).
Note: Background verification (BGV) will be conducted after selection. Candidates must have a minimum CIBIL score of 650.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
