Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project managers.
Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards.
Monitor material usage, site inventory, and manpower allocation.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–6 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate projects.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in villa, apartment, or high-rise residential projects.
Knowledge of construction quality standards and safety practices.
Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines.
