· Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project. Manage all site engineers and supervisors.

· Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

· Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities

· Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

· Prepare project schedule, monthly plan, weekly plan.

· Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

· Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies

· Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.

· Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed

· Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.



Work smart and energetically.

· Ensure all required Documents those need to be submitted to the client as per prescribed format. Should have knowledge in BBS preparation.

· Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

· Daily progress report need to be submitted with quantity and ISO Documents need to be follow up. Ensure all site engineers submit DPR, TBM and other Documents.

· All site related Documents should be followed. We anticipate you to work efficiently.

· Prepare site monthly bills on time. Follow up till payment comes.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
