Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our products, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to providing a positive shopping experience for every customer. This role involves assisting customers, processing sales, maintaining store appearance, and contributing to overall store success.

Key Responsibilities:

· Customer Service Excellence:

o Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.

o Provide product information, demonstrate product features (where applicable), and offer suggestions to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

o Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns/exchanges professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

o Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.

· Sales and Transactions:

o Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, cash, credit card, and other transactions.

o Handle cash and manage change accurately.

o Promote special offers, discounts, and loyalty programs to customers.

o Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.





· Merchandising and Store Operations:

o Receive, unpack, and arrange merchandise on shelves and display units neatly and attractively.

o Ensure all products are correctly priced and labeled.

o Replenish stock on the sales floor promptly from the stockroom.

o Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting shopping workplace, including dusting, sweeping, and tidying displays.

o Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock shortages or excess to the Store Manager.

o Assist with visual merchandising to create appealing product displays.

· Product Knowledge:

o Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products, including stationery brands, fancy items (e.g., novelty pens, quirky notebooks), and gift categories (e.g., personalized items, decorative pieces).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
