About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing social media, creating engaging content, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in building our brand presence and driving engagement across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Manage and grow company presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly

Content Creation
Create high-quality content including posts, blogs, captions, and marketing copies
Collaborate with design teams for creatives, reels, and videos
Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and messaging
Assist in storytelling for product, culture, and employer branding

Marketing Activities
Support execution of marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
Assist in email marketing, newsletters, and lead generation initiatives




Conduct basic market and competitor research
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, HR, sales) for campaigns

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in social media or content roles
Robust writing and communication skills
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Figma, or similar is a plus
Familiarity with analytics tools (LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
Self-starter with a bias for execution and ownership

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
