Role: Director / Associate Director / Senior Manager - GCC Sales

Experience: 10 - 20 years

Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Manage the P&L; for India, focusing on Captive/GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in India, GCC, and with global clients.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

Preferred Expertise:




Solid Captive Sales & Business Development (min 10 years) area experience.
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Own Business and Portfolio.

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech or any equivalent full time degree + MBA (Preferred)
