Talent Acquisition Executive – | Full time | Work From Office

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 1+ years of recruitment in manufacturing or relevant experience to manage end-to-end hiring across technical, sales, operations, and corporate functions.

Key Highlights:
Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and talent pipelines.
Collaborate with hiring managers to achieve recruitment targets.

Skills Required: End-to-end Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, MS Excel, Communication, Negotiation, Stakeholder Management.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with 1+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience. Experience hiring for technical and corporate roles is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
