Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities based on the preschool curriculum.
Foster children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom setting.
Monitor and document children’s progress and development.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child’s learning and well-being.
Organize classroom materials and maintain an engaging learning space.
Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent meetings.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training is preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
Passion for teaching and nurturing young children.
Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and responsible.
Previous preschool teaching experience is preferred.

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Alternate Saturdays
