Job Description: Accounts & Admin Assistant

## Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Assistant to manage our day-to-day financial transactions, payroll, and banking operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in commerce, proficiency in Tally, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring smooth daily office operations.

## Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Management: Prepare and manage monthly salary sheets for all employees in strict compliance with company policies.

- Daily Accounting: Handle daily financial transactions, book-keeping, and maintain meticulous records of all company expenses.

- Banking Operations: Manage all bank-related tasks, including executing transactions, reconciliations, and making regular visits to the bank as required.

- Financial Reporting: Maintain up-to-date accounts and comprehensive financial records using Tally software.

- Documentation: Organize and archive financial documents, invoices,



and receipts for easy retrieval and auditing.

## Eligibility Criteria & Skills
- Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) Graduate.

- Software Skills: Hands-on proficiency and strong working knowledge of Tally accounting software.

- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (Preferred, but exceptional freshers may be considered).

- Communication: Good command over the English language (both written and verbal).

- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and valuable time-management skills.

## Work Schedule & Compensation
- Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

- Lunch Break: 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM

- Salary: Best in the industry (Will be decided based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience).
