Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Admissions to lead and manage the admissions team. The role is responsible for driving student enrollment, optimizing admissions processes, and ensuring a seamless prospective student experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Develop and execute admissions strategies to attract high-quality applicants.
Oversee the complete admissions cycle: inquiry management, counseling, application review, and enrollment.
Monitor and analyze admissions data, conversion metrics, and funnel performance.
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns,



events, and outreach initiatives.
Build partnerships with schools, counselors, and education networks to strengthen the applicant pipeline.
Ensure excellent counseling for prospective students regarding programs, portfolios, and career opportunities in design.
Manage CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups with applicants.
Maintain compliance with institutional policies and admission guidelines.
Prepare admissions reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, Marketing, or related field.
7–10 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or education sales.
At least 3–5 years of experience managing a team.
Experience in design, creative, or higher education institutions is strongly preferred.
