We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
Identify and acquire new B2B clients for IT services and digital marketing solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate business agreements.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales prospects.
Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver client requirements.




Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Represent the company at business events, networking meetings, and exhibitions.

Required Skills
Proven experience in B2B Sales and Marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation and business development.
Knowledge of IT Services, Software Development, Digital Marketing, or Technology Solutions.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced setting.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
2+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
