Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-in enquiries, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Explain course features, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/database.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with students and parents through skilled communication.




Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission campaigns and events.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (Graduation preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Experience in admission counselling, telesales, telecalling, customer service, or educational sales will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM).
Positive attitude with solid convincing and interpersonal skills.
