Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and friendly Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide accurate information about our services. This role focuses on enquiry-based work with no sales targets, making it ideal for freshers and early-career candidates seeking a adaptable and supportive work workplace. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously. Respond to customer enquiries and provide explicit information about company services. Maintain call records, enquiry details, and follow-up information accurately. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer queries. Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and effective communication. Update enquiry status and basic data in records or systems as required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
