Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our mattress showroom. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail sales, team management, inventory control, and customer service. The role requires driving sales growth while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail showroom.
Drive sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Assist customers in selecting suitable mattress products based on their requirements.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper visual merchandising and showroom cleanliness.
Maintain billing, cash handling, and store records accurately.
Analyze sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Implement promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies,



SOPs, and safety standards.
Coordinate product deliveries and after-sales service with relevant teams.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager, preferably in lifestyle products category (preferably mattresses)

Robust retail sales and customer relationship management
Team leadership and staff development
Inventory and stock management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English is must and local languages as well.
Target-driven with strong negotiation abilities
Knowledge of POS systems and MS Office
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
