This position is responsible for identifying and developing current business opportunities in the building materials sector, managing existing client accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves regular client visits, product presentations, negotiations, and preparation of quotations and proposals. The Senior Sales Executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, resolve customer issues,



and maintain accurate records of sales activities and market intelligence. The role also includes monitoring competitor activities, contributing to sales strategies, and preparing periodic sales reports for management.Qualifications Proven experience in sales or business development within the building materials or related construction industry.Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities.Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and local languages as needed.Comfort with on-site client interactions, field visits, and working in a target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of local Chennai and regional market dynamics for building materials.Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Basic competence with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
