We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Import & Export industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in business development and enterprise sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and expanding client relationships.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through current client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients,

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to inform business development strategies and optimize results.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in business development and enterprise sales, preferably in the Import & Export industry.
Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
