Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Asset Accounting Manager with solid expertise in Fixed Assets, Asset Lifecycle Management, and SAP S/4HANA Finance. The role requires hands-on functional knowledge of Asset Accounting processes, team leadership capabilities, and experience managing end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP Asset Accounting (FI-AA) implementation, support, and transformation projects.
Handle end-to-end Asset Accounting processes including:
Asset Master Data Management
Asset Acquisition/Purchase
Asset Sales
Asset Transfers
Asset Retirement
Asset Capitalization
Depreciation Processing & Monitoring
Asset Revaluation
Manage Asset Accounting integration with SAP FI-GL, CO, MM, PS, and other business modules.
Ensure accurate ledger postings and compliance with accounting standards for fixed assets.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions.
Support month-end and year-end financial close activities related to Asset Accounting.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
Lead a team of consultants/analysts, provide mentorship,



performance guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
Drive governance, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication across projects.
Exposure to Lease Accounting (IFRS 16 / ASC 842) will be considered a solid advantage.

Mandatory Skills
Strong experience in SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting).
Expertise in Fixed Asset Lifecycle Management.
Hands-on experience with:
Ledgers
Asset Master Data
Depreciation
Asset Purchase & Capitalization
Asset Sale
Asset Retirement
Asset Transfers
Robust integration knowledge with FI, CO, MM, PS, and related SAP modules.
SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
Experience leading teams and managing client/stakeholder interactions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science, or related discipline.
SAP Certification preferred.
10+ years of SAP Finance experience with substantial exposure to Asset Accounting.
