Graduates only

Communication -English Hindi And Telugu(Mandatory)

*Roles & Responsibilities:

Billing / Credit Billing:
Handle patient billing processes (IP & OP)
Generate accurate invoices and receipts
Manage cash transactions and billing records
Coordinate with insurance/TPA for credit billing
Verify patient details and treatment charges
Maintain daily reports and billing documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital billing procedures

Patient Relation Executive (PRE):
Assist patients and attendants throughout their hospital journey
Handle patient queries and provide required information
Ensure smooth admission and discharge process
Coordinate with departments for patient support
Maintain patient satisfaction and service quality

Admissions:
To handover / takeover all the materials, cheques, information etc with the relievers.
To maintain and update the list of In Patients with their room no., admission date, Hospital no. Consultant Doctor's name etc.
To maintain and update records of assigned and vacant rooms.




To check Doctor orders for admission and coordinate with the Doctor. Resolve any problems related to room allocation.
Co-ordinate with related departments to ensure the best of bed utilization. To advise on financial details to the patient / patient relatives.
To explain the Hospital tariff and other details like deposits required, cash / credit etc.
including communication about facilities available to the patients / attendants.
To collect advance amount during night time when cash counter is closed and handover.

Skills Required:
Solid communication skills

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu* (Mandatory)
Good typing speed and accuracy

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word*
Basic computer knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service orientation
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment

Candidate Profile:
Well-groomed and presentable
Good interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and skilled behavior
