Job Description

Kored Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Transport Manager to manage fleet operations, transportation logistics, and vehicle maintenance for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the company's fleet, including heavy commercial vehicles and project equipment.
Plan and coordinate transportation for materials, machinery, and manpower across project sites.
Ensure preventive maintenance and timely servicing of all vehicles.
Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-control measures.
Maintain transport documentation, including insurance, permits, fitness certificates, and registrations.




Coordinate with transport vendors and negotiate service agreements.
Supervise drivers and transport staff while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Track vehicle movement using GPS and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with RTO regulations and company policies.
Support project teams by ensuring timely vehicle availability and productive logistics.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in transport or fleet management within infrastructure, construction, railway, highway, or road projects.
Robust knowledge of fleet operations, logistics, vehicle maintenance, and transport compliance.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
