Responsibilities
Guide engineering teams across ST priorities.
Develop and maintain digital products using industrystandard software engineering practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Engineering
9+ years software development experience.
3+ years architecting faulttolerant, highscale distributed systems.
Robust in:
Java, Spring/Spring Boot
Backend microservices
REST APIs
Serverless computing
Cloud (Azure, AWS)
AI tools like Copilot, Devin or Windsurf
Highthroughput distributed systems
Design patterns, data structures, algorithms
