Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and assigned leads.
Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Explain projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.
Generate new leads through networking and referrals.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective buyers until deal closure.
Coordinate with the documentation team during the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer handling abilities.
Willing to travel within Dehradun for site visits.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: 20,00025,000 per month.
