Position: Store Incharge

Reports To: Purchase Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary

The Store Incharge is responsible for managing all store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and documentation of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables. The role ensures accurate inventory records, timely material availability, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
Receive and verify all incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery challans.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical registers.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages to the Purchase Team.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical stock verification.
