Your Responsibilities
Connect with customers who enquire about residential properties
Understand their budget, preferred location and property requirements
Recommend suitable premium residential projects
Explain project details, pricing, offers and payment plans
Schedule and coordinate customer site visits
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers
Build strong customer relationships and handle queries confidently
Update customer interactions and follow-ups regularly in the CRM
