Roles and Responsibility
Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
Ensure the pool area is clean and secure at all times.
Monitor member activities and respond promptly to any emergencies or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of member interactions and incidents.
Collaborate with other staff members to achieve sales targets and improve member satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in life guarding.

Job Requirements
Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Familiarity with first aid and emergency response procedures.
