We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Analyst with 59 years of hands-on experience in SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP SD solutions, supporting business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective order-to-cash solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and provide SAP SD solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
Sales Order Management
Pricing & Billing
Shipping & Delivery
Credit Management
Returns & Refunds
Sales Contracts & Scheduling Agreements
Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
Coordinate with ABAP developers for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Perform testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Support data migration, master data management, and system integrations.
Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and business standards.
