Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide direct care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities to ensure their comfort and well-being.
Documentation: Accurately record patient information and care provided in medical charts, helping to maintain transparent and organized patient records for effective communication among healthcare professionals.

Hygiene and Safety:
