Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the supply chain for fan parts.
Ensure 100% material availability of metals and other key components as per the production plan.
Monitor day-to-day supplier performance, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely deliveries.
Plan and optimize inventory levels and improve inventory turns without compromising production efficiency.
Identify supply chain risks such as delays, quality issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present MIS reports highlighting operational adherence, challenges, and corrective action plans.
Continuously explore and onboard technologically advanced suppliers for current and future needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D;, and Production to align supply strategies.

Qualifications
Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of cost analysis, supplier base management, and overall supply chain processes.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Systems: Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and Power Point.
Qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
