We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team on a part time basis, working from home. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to learn about human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Screening Resumes: Review job applications to find candidates that meet our requirements, ensuring a good match for the positions available.
Conducting Interviews: Assist in scheduling and conducting initial interviews to help identify qualified candidates and understand their potential fit within the company.
Employee Onboarding: Help in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and information to start their roles effectively.
Maintaining HR Records: Organize and maintain employee records and documents, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Handling Queries: Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures, providing clear information to ensure understanding and compliance.

Required Skills and Expectations:




Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
Good organizational skills to manage records and schedules efficiently.
A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting in a remote work environment.
Ability to work independently and maintain deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
