Job Description:

The main goal of this role is to oversee the legal aspects of our business. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly about laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the education and travel industries.
Draft and review various commercial agreements, including but not limited to vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and client contracts.
Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Communicating and managing with external counsel or auditors.
Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
Managing and mitigating legal risks by designing and implementing company policies and procedures.
Ability to procure, protect and manage the business's intellectual property assets, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents for products.
Handle intellectual property infringement matters.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations, student privacy laws, and curriculum standards.




Advise on employment-related matters, including labour law compliance, employee contracts, and workplace policies
Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws, including the handling of student's and client’s data.
The ability to communicate complex legal issues and risks in terms that non-legal employees can understand.
The ability to work in an autonomous role and with the team.

Drafting skills of various commercial agreements and contracts.
