Role Overview

This isn’t about just “making content.” It’s about strategy, storytelling, and scale.
We want strategists who know how to turn ideas into content that educates, inspires, and grows communities.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Scale channels organically—from scratch to 50k/100k+ followers/subscribers.
Understand and leverage both short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, podcasts).
Work closely with internal teams (writers, editors, designers, stylists, educators) to get execution done.
Build narratives that address customer fears, objections, and aspirations in the beauty/hair industry.
Analyze performance data and refine strategies for maximum reach and engagement.
Bring fresh, creative ideas to highlight our USP, educational content, and celebrity credibility.
Who We’re Looking For
Someone who has scaled a YouTube or Instagram page organically (50k+).
Solid understanding of beauty/fashion/lifestyle content (bonus if you’ve worked in salons, hair, or beauty industry).
Experience working with creative teams—knows how to get execution done.




Comfortable taking ownership and being client/audience-facing.
Agency background or experience scaling D2C brands is a big plus.

Preferred (Bonus Points):
Comfortable speaking on camera for Stories, Reels, or live videos.
Experience managing influencer collaborations or brand partnerships.
Experience with Canva, Notion, Trello, Google Docs/Sheets.
Friendly, energetic personality—team player and audience favorite.
Some knowledge of SEO for blogs and website content structuring.
