Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Business Development for a reputed Company in the Logistics Industry for Navi Mumbai (Belapur) location

Key Responsibilities:
Developing an entrance strategy for cold calling qualifying and effectively connecting with prospective business partners.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
Create and drive a sales plan strategy that successfully meets sales revenue targets and initiatives.
Utilize internal tools to negotiate market freight rates for customers.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Maintain Consistently positive interaction to nurture customer relationships.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow through till resolution.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with the internal team.
Follow up and monitor customer outstanding payment

Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Office
Proficient in oral and written English communication
Demonstrated willingness to learn and thrive in challenging situations
Proactive, team player, and possess excellent coordination skills
