Job Description:

Product Strategy and Development:
Develop and execute the SME product roadmap to meet business goals and market demands.
Design cutting-edge SME products, including working capital, term loans, and trade finance solutions.

Portfolio Management:
Monitor the performance of SME products and implement strategies for growth and profitability.
Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitiveness in pricing, features, and services.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with the SME Business team, credit, risk, compliance and operations teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
Engage with sales and distribution channels to drive product penetration and utilisation.

Regulatory Compliance:




Ensure all SME products comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for periodic reviews and updates.

Customer-Centric Innovation:
Identify customer needs and gaps in the market to introduce tailored solutions.
Enhance customer experience through digital transformation and process improvement.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts to achieve departmental goals.
